Mission Statement 

Our goal at CB Orthodontics is to provide superior service to you, understand your concerns, and deliver the highest quality Orthodontic treatment for your utmost well-being.


A scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if there is a need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.

Most parents work and all children attend school. Inconveniencing your work schedule and interrupting your child’s studies as infrequently as possible is very important to our entire office. However, it is unavoidable that some school-time or work-time appointments will be necessary. We provide school and work excuses for scheduled orthodontic appointments for your convenience and it is important to turn these in to the appropriate school official or work supervisor.


  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Lunch 1-2.
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Lunch 1-2.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Lunch 1-2.
  • Thursday: By appointment only.
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Lunch 1-2.


  • These are more detailed and technique-sensitive appointments. Therefore, these appointments will be scheduled during our quieter morning and early afternoon hours.


  • Lost spacers, wire poking, something loose or broken, trauma, lost retainer or appliance.
  • These patients will be seen as soon as possible. Call our office immediately to schedule an appointment or click here for an appointment request.


  • Loose bands or brackets, broken arch wires or ties, broken appliances or retainers.
  • These appointments may require an hour and are scheduled in the morning and early afternoon.


  • Another appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible. After school and after work appointments may require waiting several weeks. An appointment during school or work hours may be arranged sooner.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our accomodationg staff is always available to answer them.
